Yes, you could say that. It's the traditional Mongolian ger, where the herders live. They move with the animals a couple of times every year and take the ger with them. In Russian it's called yurta, but don't call it that here! This ger on wheels where something that Chinggis (who else?) invented to move his big ger quite often.
